CloudIntuit Corporate Learning SME Trainer is responsible for providing leadership and professional development facilitation for ongoing enhancement of the development of employees.

• Responsible for creating a training schedule of the leadership/professional development classes. This will include classroom, virtual and video-telepresence training.
• Market and communicating classes to participants and managers to ensure full enrollment.
• Create quick reference handouts of learning objectives for each course to ensure sustainability.
• Create 90 post curriculum survey to measure the course effectiveness.
• Provide quarterly learning report that includes: course completions, % of organization saturation by course, and any relevant measured results.
• Provide expertise to enhance and refresh leadership curriculum to ensure it is both relevant and engaging.
• Ensure alignment that all curriculum is driving towards the development of the Employee competencies.
• Expected travel to our sites: 35-40%
